Services and pricing

What we build and how we charge.

One price before we start. Optional support after, from $500 a month.

Custom business software

Most businesses run on one thing held together with spreadsheets, paper or an old program nobody wants to touch. We replace it with software made for your business, so the owner stops being the only person who knows where everything is.

  • Work orders, jobs and scheduling
  • Customer and account records
  • Invoices, statements and payment links
  • Inventory and parts
  • Staff logins with the right permissions
  • Text and email alerts

Customer portals

When customers can see their own project, horse, job or account, your phone rings less and you get paid faster. We build simple portals that work on any phone.

  • Project or account status
  • Documents, photos and change orders
  • Online payments and statements
  • Signatures and approvals
  • One message thread
  • Your logo and colors

Automation and AI

We use AI where it saves real time, with the tools you already use. A voice memo becomes a client update. A photo of the whiteboard becomes charges. A late-night inquiry gets a reply with open dates and pricing. You approve what it sends.

  • Inquiry reading and first-reply drafts
  • Voice memo and photo to records
  • Missed-charge and overdue checks
  • Weekly owner and client updates
  • Connecting the software you already pay for
  • Moving data off old systems

Pricing

No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.

Prices current as of November 2026.

Prototype, then finished software

A working prototype of the thing costing you the most, in about a week, is $2,500. Most finished software runs $5,000 to $10,000. You get the exact price before we start.

Optional support

We can stick around to keep it running, fix it and keep improving it, starting at $500 a month. Cancel any time and take your data.

No lock-in

Your data is yours. Export it any time, whether or not you keep support.

Free consult

The first conversation is free. If software isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.

Paying for a stack of subscriptions? Add them up. Replacing them with one system built for how you work may cost less over time.

What affects the price

  • How many kinds of people use it: owner, staff, crew, customers
  • Whether your customers log in
  • Taking payments
  • Connections to tools like QuickBooks or Salesforce
  • Moving data off an old system
  • How many screens it needs

Free, in person, anywhere in Parker County. We’ll tell you if software would help and what it costs. If it won’t, we’ll say so.
