Software for small businesses.

Crews, builders, shops, barns and dealers all work differently. We build around how yours already works.

Every industry we’ve built for

  • Trades and field service crews

From the first call to the crew on site: estimates, a weekly schedule and a job sheet on every phone.

  • Home builders and remodelers

Keep buyers in the loop, get change orders signed, and catch overages before they become arguments.

  • Machine shops and fabricators

Turn RFQs into quotes in minutes, using your own past cycle times.

  • Horse trainers, barns and ranches

Weatherford is the Cutting Horse Capital of the World. Most barn billing still runs on a whiteboard and a notebook.

  • Dealership management systems

Inventory, service, parts, financing applications and web leads in one place. Built first for a dealer in Aledo.

  • Utility providers

Customer and agent portals, billing and support tools for electric, gas, water and internet providers.

Running on our software.

  • Aledo Golf Carts
  • Bearcat Turf & Outdoors
  • Key Appraisal Group

“We were paying for a pile of different software every month, and none of it talked to each other. Now sales, service, parts and every web lead run on one system built around how we work, for a lot less than we were paying.”

“Every change goes straight to my crews’ phones, and they see everything they need for the job without seeing the prices. It’s built around how we sell and build.”

Services and pricing

The software company down the road.

For 20 years we’ve built custom software, from a platform we co-founded and sold to systems for national media companies and brands. Modern tools now make that kind of software affordable for small businesses, and we build it for businesses across Parker County. We live here too, so if something breaks, you know where to find us.

We meet in person anywhere in Parker County: Aledo, Weatherford, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Springtown, Azle, Annetta, Brock and the rest of the county.

Questions we get a lot.

How much does custom software cost for a small business?

A working prototype, in about a week, is $2,500. Most finished software runs $5,000 to $10,000. That’s possible because modern tools do a lot of the heavy lifting, not because we cut corners. You get the exact price before we start, we don’t bill by the hour, and we can stick around to keep improving it for $500 a month and up.

Can custom software cost less than the subscriptions we pay for now?

Often, yes. Add up every subscription and per-user fee you pay each month. If you’re replacing several of them, one system built around how you work, plus optional support from $500 a month, may cost less over time. We’ll do the math with you in the free consult.

Will my crew actually use it?

That’s the first thing we test. Your crew tries the prototype on their own phones in the first week. If it’s slower than the group text, we keep working on it.

How long does it take?

About a week for a working prototype you can use. Using it shows what you really need, and we build in small steps from there instead of one big release that might miss the mark.

Who owns the data?

You do. Every tool we build includes an easy export, so you can take your data anywhere, any time.
